Benilight Return & Warranty Policy

    Benilight proudly offers FDA Listed Class II photobiomodulation therapy devices,with a steadfast commitment to your health and well-being.

    • Return Policy – Unopened Products Only

     

    • Return Period: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

     

    • Eligibility: Products must remain factory-sealed, unused, and in original condition and packaging.

     

    • Refunds: A full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days upon successful inspection of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

     

    • Opened Items: Returns are not accepted once the product has been opened Damaged or Defective Products

     

    • Shipping Damage: If your device arrives damaged, please email help@benilight.com within 72 hours of delivery along with clear photos.

     

    • Product Defects: Devices with manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

     

    • How to Return:

               - Email help@benilight.com to request a Return

                  Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

               - Include your original order number in the request.

               - Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer package

                  when shipping.

               - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless

                  Benilight is at fault.

               - We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for

                  added protection.

     

    • Exchange Policy:

               - We do not process exchanges. If you would like a different

                  model, please return the unopened product

                  and place a new order.

     

    • Year Limited Warranty:

               - Covers any defects from normal use due to materials

                  or workmanship.

               - Does not include damage from accidents, misuse,

                  unauthorized modifications, improper storage,

                  or general wear and tear.

               - Warranty claims may require proof of purchase

                  and troubleshooting.

     

    • Purchases from Authorized Distributors   

               - Please contact the distributor directly to initiate a return.

               - Our 1-Year Limited Warranty remains valid for products

                  purchased from authorized partners.
